PRODUCT FAQS

What are the differences between the colour of the balms?

Their physical colour & flavouring are the only difference :) They all colour change to a similar shade of pinkish/purple & may look different based on your skin tone.

Why is my balm not pitch black?

Our balms may turn a slight grey once they are solidified and may have little streaks of grey or white. This is perfectly natural and does not affect the performance of the balm.

Why does my balm have imperfections?

Each balm is hand made using all natural ingredients; they can have slight imperfections due to the different crop/harvest of the plant based ingredients. Also, since we pour everything by hand and not use machines, imperfections are a part of the artisanal experience.

Why does my colour changing balm turn various shades of pink?

This is a part of the magic, baby! Different factors may affect the colour payout such as your skin tone. Results may vary from product to product and person to person. Additionally, the colour change formula may behave differently against the colorants, as such there may be colour variances between products.
